Rich proposed to me on Valentine’s Day, 2016 in downtown San Antonio at the bridge at La Villita. We had made reservations at the Grand Hyatt to spend a romantic weekend for Valentine’s. After dinner and walking through the Riverwalk, we stopped at the mall and Rich wanted us to be drawn in a caricature. Once it was made, we continued to walk downtown and we stopped in the middle of the bridge in La Villita. Rich then opened the drawing, got down on one knee and proposed to me. I couldn’t have asked for a more special day and proposal.
