Here are a few reminders of essential details to make the adventure as smooth as possible.

International Travellers, don't forget to check your passport expiration date. If your passport expires within 6 months of travel you will want to get it renewed in advance.

The wedding dress code is Beach Semi-Formal. You might be wondering what that means - Men - Dress pants or chinos with button up shirt or a casual linen suit. No tie required. Loafers or nice sandals work well. Women - Sundresses, cocktail dresses, or elegant jumpsuits. Sandals or wedge heels.

The ceremony and reception take place on terraces, so no sand is involved.

As much as we love kids, we do ask that they stay home or childcare is arranged. The hotel provides child care for kids over the age of 3-12. Arrangements must be made in advance directly with the hotel.

Plus ones will be considered after the final guest list has RSVPd as the venue has an occupancy limit.

Your Checklist:

RSVP on the website with all party members and meal selections by November 1st

Check your passport is in date

Book flights to Cancun

Book transportation with Jesus at Amstar

Book hotel with Svami at Wyndham Alltra

Venmo Lauren if you are attending optional excursion

Text Lauren or Gerry with your song request for the welome cocktail

Make childcare arrangements if neccessary

Pack a can of beer to share from your local brewery

Bring a teeshirt from where you call home
